At Rejon, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

1. Eligibility Window for Returns & Exchanges

7-Day Policy: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or an exchange.

Time frame Limit: Regrettably, requests made after this 7-day period cannot be accepted for a refund or replacement.
2. Condition of the Item
To qualify for a return or an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Unused & Unaltered: The product must be completely unused, untampered with, and in its original, pristine condition.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original product box, along with any protective wrapping, inserts, and accompanying printed cards or tags.

Proof of Purchase: A valid order number, receipt, or digital invoice is required to process your request.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety, hygiene, or promotional reasons:

Promotional or Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance events, flash sales, or using specific promotional discount codes are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Partially Used Products: For health and safety standards, items that show signs of usage or are missing significant volume cannot be accepted.
4. How to Initiate a Request
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs or a short video showing the product condition (especially if the item arrived damaged or leaking).

Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours and guide you on the next steps.
5. The Exchange Process

Defective or Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged product, a leaking bottle, or the wrong variant, we will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero additional cost to you.

Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant due to personal preference, the item must be returned to us in perfect condition first. Once inspected, we will dispatch your new selection.
6. The Refund Process

Inspection: Once your returned package is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Approval Notice: We will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, the amount will be transferred directly to your provided bank account or digital wallet (e.g., JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable.
7. Return Shipping Cost

Our Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product), we will arrange a courier pickup or fully cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, you will be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to our designated warehouse address. We recommend using a traceable domestic courier service.
