Order Tracking & Confirmation

Tracking Number: Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipment confirmation via SMS and/or Email containing a unique tracking link.

Real-Time Updates: You can use this tracking number on the courier partner’s portal to monitor your package’s movement in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
Address Corrections & Delivery Attempts

Accurate Information: Please ensure your shipping address, city, and active mobile number are completely accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they have left our facility.

Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable, they will contact you via the phone number provided. If the package remains undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse, and our customer support team will contact you to reschedule.
Shipment Damage & Issues

Damaged Packaging: We pack our items with care to ensure safe transit. If your parcel arrives with visibly damaged or tampered packaging, please do not accept it from the rider and take a photo for reference.

Immediate Support: If you open your package and find any item damaged or missing, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the issue immediately.
